Welder: skilled in gas shielded welding and oxygen cutting, able to read drawings, and have welder certificate.

Blanking worker: Skilled in operating stamping machines, shears, bending machines, plasma cutting, etc., understand drawings and draw lines.

Miller: can operate a milling machine proficiently.

General workers: able to bear hardships and stand hard work and obey work arrangements.
