1. Main engine maintenance

1) It must be cleaned after each production; it is best to add 200 kg of pebbles to the host when washing the machine, and then rinse the host

2) If there is hardened concrete in the host, workers must go in for cleaning (people must cut off the power before entering the host)

3) The position of the discharge door and the chute must be cleaned up when manually cleaning the host. (If the bottom of the host door is not cleaned, the discharge door will not be opened. If the chute is not cleaned, it will cause more concrete blocks. );

4) The shaft end of the main engine is sealed, and the bearing position must be filled with grease every four hours of operation, and the lubrication inside must be maintained. When refueling, check whether there is mortar flowing out of the bottom of the shaft end sealing flange, and if so, replace the sealing ring in time; otherwise, the main shaft and shaft end parts will be worn

5) Change gear oil once for 1500 working hours of main engine reducer (30# in summer and 20# in winter);

6) Open gears below 90 stations are oiled once every 40 working hours (30# gear oil or calcium-based grease in summer, 20# gear oil or calcium-based grease in winter);

 

2. Maintenance of hopper and inclined belt

1) Fill the upper hopper walking wheel with calcium base grease every 80 working hours (2# in summer and 1# in winter);

2) Apply a little calcium-based grease every 80 working hours to the wire rope;

3) Calcium-based grease is added to the feeding track every 40 working hours;

4) The gear oil of the hoist reducer is changed every 1500 working hours (it can be replaced with the main engine reducer);

5) Calcium-based grease is added to the inclined belt head roller bearing seat every 40 working hours;

6) Calcium-based grease is added to the bearing seat of the inclined belt tail roller every 40 working hours;

7) Change the lubricating oil for the first time after 100 hours of operation for the inclined belt reducer; change the lubricating oil for the second time after 500 hours of operation; change the lubricating oil every 2500 hours after the second time (please use Shicoma special gearbox lubricating oil for the lubricating oil, namely Can withstand pressure circulating gear oil);

8) Check the V-belt of the oblique belt reducer before going to get off work every day to see if there is cracking and aging. Check the tightness of the belt frequently and not too loose or too tight, just moderate;

 

3. Maintenance of the powder system

1) Clean the dust in the exhaust pipe of the powder weighing hopper before get off work every day to avoid clogging of the exhaust pipe;

2) Clean the cement deposited in the powder discharge port in time to avoid hardening that affects the accuracy of cement measurement;

3) The screw reducer and the bearing position must ensure that there is oil, not lack of oil, especially the flange end of the reducer has a rubber filling grease nozzle, which must be replaced every 1500 working hours;

4) Check whether the sensor screws are loose before leaving get off work every day;

Four, water adding and unloading system

1) Ensure that the water source is clean and free of sediment and debris;

2) The water discharge hole in the mixing host cannot be covered by cement ash and needs to be cleaned up in time;

 

Five, gas system

1) When the air compressor works for 500 hours for the first time, the special oil for the air compressor needs to be replaced, and every 100 hours of operation thereafter;

2) The air pressure filter needs to be cleanly replaced after 500 hours of operation;

3) The air compressor and the air storage cylinder need to be drained once a day after get off work to avoid water vapor in the air path causing powder agglomeration or opening of the cylinder;

 

Six, batching machine and flat belt

1) The door shaft position of the batching machine needs to be filled with butter every 40 hours of work;

2) Check whether the sensor screws and vibrator screws are loose every day after get off work;

3) The flat belt head roller bearing seat needs to be filled with grease every 40 hours of work;

4) The flat belt tail roller bearing seat needs to be filled with grease every 40 hours of work;

5) Grease the reducer chain sprocket every 40 hours of work;

6) The gear oil must be replaced every 1500 hours of work for the reducer;
